You can invite up to 5 people to join your designated care team - including family members, friends, neighbors, and clinicians- to help support you and your care recipient.
Your Care Advisor is an industry professional and may include RN/LPN/CNAs, certified case managers, physical and occupational therapists, speech-language therapists, social workers, mental health counselors, patient care technicians, medical assistants or other credentialed or licensed healthcare employees.
Our Care Advisors are here to offer personalized guidance and support through one-on-one sessions and messaging. Your care advising team will offer practical recommendations, tools, and services to make caregiving easier for you. We have an extensive national network of trusted, vetted partners and can assist with finding a care facility, scheduling appointments, locating social activities, in-home care, meal preparation, grocery shopping, transportation, home modifications, medical billing questions, wills, trusts, identity theft protection, and much more. The CareGo team can answer a variety of caregiving related questions to help reduce stressors that can lead to caregiving burnout.

Caregivers are able to receive support and guidance for up to two loved ones.
CareGo is a caregiving benefit sponsored by your employer, association or other membership group. If your organization does not offer CareGo and you would like us to reach out to them, please click here to contact us.
Absolutely! You can still access the CareGo portal if you leave your employer for any reason. Additional sessions with your dedicated Care advising team are also available, and more information can be found within your portal.
